Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the collection and organization of financial performance data and producing company reports. This position is responsible for interpreting the raw data necessary for the organization to evaluate performance, develop budgets, forecast, and make recommendations for business improvements and changes.


Responsible for corporate reporting, including balance sheets, cash flow analysis, financial ratios, and other management requested reports
Interpret financial data into clear, reliable reporting to management
Build financial models to evaluate process and techniques, and make recommendations
Assist with and contribute to the monthly, quarterly and annual budget preparation and evaluation
Provide trends and forecasts to interpret data and make comparative analyses
Evaluate financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Ensures high level of data integrity through processes to maintain accuracy and back-up of information
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time due to organizational needs.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
5+ years of relevant experience
MBA and/or CPA highly preferred
Proven ability to build strong financial models
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint


Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex information to non-financial professionals in an understandable manner
Ability to keep financial information and organizational changes confidential
